TEMO Roofing & Siding offers FREE Hail Damage Inspections
How the inspection works?
This is not a bid or an estimate; This is a hassle free inspection that takes only 5 - 10 minutes for our experience representative to perform. Based on our observation we will inform you if you do or do not have visisble storm damage. We will never recommend you to make a claim if damage is not visible. Ultimately, with all of our past customers, we pointed out this damage to an insurance adjuster and they agreed to repair or replace damages as per the policy. As with all our past customers, it starts with a free inspection. If you care about your house, take advantage of this totally FREE inspection today.
Frequent concerns from homeowners
“There was not enough hail to cause any damage to my home.”
When a storm comes through your area, whether it drops marble size hail or produces 50 mph winds, the likelihood of there being damage to your home is great. It is much greater than the average homeowner realizes. Over 95% of our customers did not realize they had damage until they took advantage of our free professional inspection. Please don’t guess if you have damage or not. Rather, take advantage of a practical offer like a free inspection and find out the truth about the current condition of your home.
“An insurance agent said there was no damage to my home”
Ulitimately, all that matters is weather or not an adjuster feels you have enough storm damage. If we identify damage, then we feel strongly that an insurance adjuster will confirm these observations. Although insurance agents do have knowledge of storm damage, their main concern is to obtain your business and set up your policy, not home inspections. An insurance agent rarely is going to encourage or offer you a free inspection of your home like we are. Ask yourself, who made you aware of this storm damage? Was it your insurance agent or rather was it a concerned contractor like TEMO? In many cases, it is not in the best interest of insurance companies to pay for new roofing and siding. They would have to use your monthly paid premium dollars to do so. When the storms like we have had in the past year hit your neighborhood, a concerned agent should simply recommend that you get an adjuster out to inspect your home with your contractor. That way, if you have damage it can get assessed in a fair manner.
Temo is here to help you. Simply stated, if we find you have enough damage during our free inspection, we feel confident that an insurance adjuster will too. Unlike most insurance agents, we want to focus on your best interest, which is maintaining the value of your home. It is a customer’s responsibility to initiate a claim. Our professionals are trained to spot even the smallest amount of damage to your home that many people and even insurance adjusters will overlook. We will advise you and give you the truth about the condition of your home. We will never recommend you make a claim if we can’t detect enough damage. This process should start with a Free Inspection by TEMO. That way you can make an informed decision about what is best for your home.
“We already had a contractor come out and look, and found no damage”
Although another contractor has taken a look at your home, that doesn’t mean there is no damage. An alarmingly large percent of our customers had another contractor inspect their home who found nothing. When we inspected the home, we found ample damage to have the siding and or roofing replaced for free. Our findings were confirmed by the insurance adjuster’s assessment and payment for new siding or roofing. Storm damage is very similar to a pothole in a sense that it begins extremely small and barely visible, but due to the extreme weather shifts of Minnesota, the damage grows with time. The expansion and contraction caused by hot summers and cold winters causes previously unseen damage to become very apparent. It can never hurt to get a free, no obligation second opinion.
